Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Takeru Takeya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Browne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Simon Browne!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Browne distracts Takeya with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Browne is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Browne stands up over Takeya, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Browne is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Browne postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Takeya tries to score a power double leg takedown but Browne sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Takeya somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Takeru Takeya. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Takeya on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Browne. Browne obviously looking to wear him down.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Browne lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Browne scores with the left hand. Takeya knows he should have avoided that one.
Oh Takeya is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Browne shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Browne slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Browne lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Simon Browne!
