Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Viktor Georlev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shinji Tatsuya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shinji Tatsuya has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Viktor Georlev's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Georlev is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Tatsuya's half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Tatsuya trying to control but Georlev postures up.
Tatsuya might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Georlev haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Tatsuya really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Georlev. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Georlev seems to be looking for submissions.
Georlev wants to advance to full mount but Tatsuya doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

Georlev drops back, looking for a kneebar! Tatsuya looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Tatsuya looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Tatsuya!

Georlev drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Georlev jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Georlev is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Tatsuya doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Georlev.

Georlev avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Georlev goes for a double leg but Tatsuya avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Tatsuya continues to drive forward.
Tatsuya doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Tatsuya fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Tatsuya wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Georlev's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Tatsuya tries to score a body lock takedown but Georlev shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Tatsuya jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Georlev walks away with a smile on his face. Tatsuya gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Viktor Georlev has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shinji Tatsuya.

Tatsuya tries to clinch but Georlev is having none of it.

Georlev drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Tatsuya dives on top into guard.

Georlev has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tatsuya can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Georlev is looking to cinch up a triangle. Tatsuya throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Georlev's body to avoid the submission. Georlev has instead reached around Tatsuya's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Georlev arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
