Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kazuteru Machida!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Dillan Fox and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perry throws a head kick but Machida moves out of range.
Perry throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Machida has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Perry throws a low kick but it's checked well by Machida.
Perry tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Machida is able to avoid easily.
Perry throws a looping overhand right but Machida ducks down to avoid it.
Perry misses with a low kick.
Machida tries to clinch up.
Perry seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Perry throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
That kick from Perry tenderised Machida's leg. Machida is trying to keep his angry face on.
Perry tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Machida takes a head kick and keeps coming.
It looks like Kazuteru Machida has been cut.
Perry lands with a thumping leg kick.
Bat Perry seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A slapping leg kick lands for Perry.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Perry connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Machida to the floor! Perry dives in looking for the finish!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Machida is trying is best to control the position here.
Machida regains full guard. Nicely done.
Machida is pulling down on Perry's head. It's preventing any offense from Perry, at least for the moment.

Perry tries to stand but Machida is controlling from the bottom.
Machida wants to sweep but no luck.
Perry knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Machida on the ground.
Machida pulls Perry in close to prevent any damage.
Perry has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Perry tries to stand but Machida is controlling from the bottom.
Machida looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Perry is defending well. Machida quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Perry has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Machida celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
