Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sub Zero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Prince Valor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Valor has chosen Bad Religion - Dept. of False Hope as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

20 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Prince Valor!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valor gets caught napping as Zero dives in and scores a takedown. Valor manages to retain guard.
Zero throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Valor works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Zero landing with the ground and pound.
Zero won't allow Valor to sweep him here.
Valor is looking for a triangle but Zero pushes his legs off easily.
Zero wants to pass the guard but Valor is keeping the position.
Valor has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Zero can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Valor is wriggling around but Zero manages to pass to half guard.
Valor manages to get to full guard.
Zero has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Zero lands a couple of digs.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Zero wants to control from the top but Valor keeps moving.
Zero works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Valor won't allow Zero to pass to mount.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zero thows a huge punch but Valor dodges it nicely.
Zero passes to side control.
Valor tries to buck Zero off but Zero is having none of it.
Valor is trying to get back to his feet.
Zero creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Valor sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Zero grinds an elbow into Valor's temple.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Valor takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Zero landing strikes.
Valor is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Zero's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Valor looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

Zero passes the guard and advances to mount!
Valor is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Zero cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Zero goes for an armbar but Valor turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Valor.

Valor wants to stand but Zero has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Zero manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Zero with shots to the head and body - Valor looks very uncomfortable down there.
Zero lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Valor tries to reverse the position but Zero maintains control.
Zero connects with a bit shot that sees Valor covering up! More strikes from Zero and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Zero is our winner by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sub Zero!
Sub Zero retains his middleweight title!
Sub Zero tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
