Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hulk Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benji Hidori (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hidori has chosen allejandro as his entrance music. Hulk Wolf is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 16 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Benji Hidori!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, David Hoff and Peter Branson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolf misses with a few strikes there.
Hidori lands a leg kick that knocks Wolf off balance momentarily.
Wolf closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hidori circles away.

Wolf darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Wolf is controlling the pace.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wolf seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Hidori for as long as he can get away with.
Hidori really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wolf. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Hulk Wolf.

Wolf has Hidori pressed against the cage, preventing Hidori from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Wolf stuffs the takedown attempt from Hidori. Hidori gets slowly back to his feet.
Hidori fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wolf manages to avoid it.
Wolf swats away the attempt to clinch by Hidori.
Wolf stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wolf wants it to stay on the feet.
Hidori blocks a low kick nicely.

Wolf throws a strike aimed at the side of Hidori's head but Hidori avoids it well.
Wolf cracks Hidori with a big elbow.

Wolf is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hidori is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Hidori tries to bench press Wolf off him but Wolf keeps the position.
Wolf looks up at the clock and then as Hidori takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Wolf smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Hidori looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Wolf stands up.

Nice takedown defense from Wolf. No joy for Hidori on that attempt.
Hulk Wolf has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Benji Hidori.

Wolf takes the fight into the clinch.
Wolf tries to land knees in the clinch but Hidori avoids the damage to the body.
Hidori has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Hidori has Wolf pressed against the cage, preventing Wolf from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Wolf breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Hidori tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wolf paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Wolf fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hidori sprawls well initially but Wolf persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Hidori is defending against the submission attempts here by Wolf.
Wolf is pressing down on Hidori's thigh, looking to free his foot. Hidori is holding on for now.

Wolf decides to return to a standing position.
Hidori fails in his attempt to clinch.
No luck for Wolf with that takedown attempt.

Hidori prevents a body shot from Wolf.
Wolf wants to get back to striking at distance but Hidori won't allow it.

Hulk Wolf is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Wolf misses with a takedown attempt - Hidori sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hulk Wolf. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Hidori works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Oh but Wolf is tightening it up a little... Hidori has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Hidori reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Hidori taps out! Nice BJJ there by Wolf!
