Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kris Hong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Usain Watts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hong comes into the arena with Hong Entrance Song blaring out of the sound system. Watts has chosen 9000 Watts as his entrance music. Kris Hong could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Usain Watts's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hong scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Hong feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Watts's calf.
A big right from Watts misses.
We've been told by Hong's head coaches at Mandirigmang Pilipino that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Watts moves out of range as Hong throws a body kick.
Hong stuffs the takedown.
Hong connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Hong fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Watts checks it well.
Hong throws a solid leg kick but Watts takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Hong.
Watts jabs Hong to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Watts gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Watts takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Hong avoids the head kick by Watts.

A low kick from Hong is predictable there
and Watts counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Watts keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hong.
Hong lands a big head kick that sends Watts tumbling to the mat! Hong takes a step backwards and waves Watts back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hong takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Hong misses with a straight left.
Watts throws an overhand right that lands on Hong's shoulder, as Hong tries to avoid the shot.
Watts throws a jab when Hong was well out of range.
Watts lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
A shot to the body from Watts misses
and Hong counters with a left to the body.

Hong throws a head kick that half lands.
Watts is rocked!
Watts gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Hong gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Watts is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kris Hong!
After the fight, Kris Hong was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
Usain Watts was interviewed post fight and said 'Congrats to my opponent Freddy Ettish. He's a great fighter, I take my hat off to him. Thanks to all the GAMMA fans for all their support. I'm not sure what's next...stay tuned...'.
