Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zach Drury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Liquid Snake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Liquid Snake was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drury throws a body punch but Snake moves out of range.
Nice cross by Snake.

It looks like Zach Drury has been cut.
Snake throws a series of strikes that have Drury backpedaling.
Drury could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Snake chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Drury can pounce on him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Snake connects with a single shot there.
Drury shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Snake pinned against the cage. Snake gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Drury shoots in for a takedown but Snake shows good takedown defense.
No joy there for Snake, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Snake misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Drury.
Snake tries to bum rush Drury with a series of wild strikes but Drury uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Liquid Snake seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Snake throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Drury stumbling backwards into the cage! Drury bounces back off the cage towards Snake, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Snake lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Snake celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
