Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Blaze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shawn Geissen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blaze comes into the arena with Monster by Skillet blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Geissen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Blaze turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Blaze looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Blaze throws a head kick but Geissen moves out of range.
Geissen tries to land a leg kick but Blaze saw it coming and moves away.
Blaze closes the distance but Geissen moves to the side
and Geissen counters with a stiff right hand.
Blaze throws a leg kick which misses Geissen's front leg but catches the back leg as Geissen tries to avoid it.
Blaze throws a head kick but Geissen moves out of range.
Geissen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Blaze tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Geissen is able to avoid easily.

and Blaze takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Blaze moves in looking to clinch but Geissen pushes him off.
Geissen avoids the body shot from Blaze.
Geissen chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Blaze can pounce on him.

and Geissen counters with a right hand to the body.
Geissen throws a wild body kick that Blaze sees coming a mile off.

and Geissen counters with a head kick that drops Blaze to the mat! Blaze scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Geissen lands a left and a right that send Blaze crashing to the mat, dazed. Geissen thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Geissen takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Blaze throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Blaze is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Geissen is defending well for now.

Blaze fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Geissen has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Geissen throws a lazy right hand but Blaze sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Blaze drops his hands momentarily and Geissen needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Blaze just on the top of the head. Blaze drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Blaze - he's done!
