The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pu on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Pu throws out a loose jab but Barron Roughes uses good head movement to avoid it.
Pu throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Barron Roughes lands with a kick to the temple. Pu shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Barron Roughes explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Barron Roughes takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Pu takes a swing at Barron Roughes's ribcage but misses.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pu catches Barron Roughes with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Pu looks to land a left hand but Barron Roughes moved out of range nicely.
Barron Roughes defending well as Pu loads up on a big left hand.
Barron Roughes takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Barron Roughes tries a head kick but it misses.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Barron Roughes.
Crunch! Barron Roughes slams his shin into Pu's torso.
Pu keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Barron Roughes goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Pu connects with a body shot.
Pu stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Barron Roughes fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Pu has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Pu throws a lazy right hand but Barron Roughes sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Barron Roughes throws a head kick but Pu moves out of range.
Pu lands a nice looking body shot.

Pu scores with a hook.

Pu clinches up against the cage.

Barron Roughes tries to pull guard but Pu won't allow it.

Pu gets through Barron Roughes's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Pu throws a big uppercut that drops Barron Roughes! More strikes from Pu and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Barron Roughes lies dazed against the cage as Pu celebrates with his cornermen!
