Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dexter Morgan!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hickock.
Hickock takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Morgan shoots for a takedown but Hickock saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Morgan misses with a looping left.
Morgan swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Hickock connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Morgan momentarily.
Hickock throws a head kick but Morgan moves out of range.

Hickock gets caught flat footed, as Morgan shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Morgan postures up in Hickock's guard and throws a big left but Hickock blocks it.
Hickock is pulling down on Morgan's head. It's preventing any offense from Morgan, at least for the moment.

Morgan is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Hickock is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Hickock has escaped and now he's on top!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hickock seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Morgan seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Hickock tries to close the distance and clinch up but Morgan swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Morgan's jab looks to have found its range, popping Hickock under the eye.

Morgan gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Hickock regains guard.
Morgan chips away with some ground and pound.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Morgan keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Hickock's head.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Morgan thows a huge punch but Hickock dodges it nicely.
