Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Optimus Prime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Cameron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Prime comes to the cage accompanied by X Gon Give it To Ya. Optimus Prime has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Dirk Anderson and David Hoff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cameron fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Optimus Prime seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Prime shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cameron as he jumps to the side.

and Cameron counters with a shoot takedown. Prime fights it but they end up in guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Optimus Prime. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Cameron postures up in Prime's guard and throws a big left but Prime blocks it.
Prime keeping moving, preventing Cameron from controlling successfully.

Shane Cameron has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Prime fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Cameron avoids it really well and circles away.

Cameron looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Prime!

Cameron is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Prime has escaped the position, nice work there.

Cameron tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Cameron has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Cameron wants to control but Prime is keeping him busy.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Prime can't do much from the bottom here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Prime wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Cameron looks up at the clock and then as Prime takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Cameron smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Cameron tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Cameron happy to just control the position for now.
You can see the frustration on Prime's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Cameron is looking to take a break and control but Prime is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Cameron working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Cameron has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Prime!

Cameron is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Prime has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Prime!
Prime looking to sit in guard and control but Cameron gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Cameron passes Prime's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Prime misses with a takedown attempt

and Cameron counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Prime looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Cameron looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Cameron moves nicely into side control.
Cameron works to advance to full mount. Prime defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Cameron is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Prime is forced to tap! Great finish!
