Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Busta Rhymes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenshiro Kasumi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rhymes comes to the cage accompanied by Winter Warz. Kasumi comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ai Wo Torimodose aka Song of Manliness kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 37 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Busta Rhymes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenshiro Kasumi!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Eddie Farnsworth and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kasumi throws a chopping leg kick but Rhymes manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
A swing and a miss from Kasumi.
Rhymes takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Kasumi has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Kasumi getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Rhymes misses with a right hand
and Kasumi counters with a nice low kick that buckles Rhymes's knee momentarily.
Rhymes throws out a powerful jab.
Kasumi stuns Rhymes with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
The crowd cheers as Kasumi lands an impressive looking overhand right. Rhymes doesn't seem phased though.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kasumi thows a left - swing and a miss!
Rhymes throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Rhymes fails with a takedown attempt.
Kasumi throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kasumi is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Rhymes blocks the body kick.
Rhymes rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kasumi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kasumi throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kasumi is looking to score with low kicks.
Kasumi connects with the punch.
Kasumi throws a body punch but Rhymes moves out of range.
Kasumi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rhymes was well out of range. Poor timing from Kasumi.
Rhymes slips under a jab.

Kasumi tries a head kick but it misses.
Kasumi takes a swing at Rhymes's ribcage but misses.
Rhymes throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Kasumi throws a right and a left that both miss.
Rhymes tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kasumi was well out of range. Poor timing from Rhymes.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kasumi. Rhymes does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kasumi moves into range and connects with a jab.
Kasumi misses with a head kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The fighters circle momentarily. Kasumi darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Kasumi scores with a punch to the head.
Kenshiro Kasumi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kasumi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Rhymes looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kasumi misses with a wild combination.
Kenshiro Kasumi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rhymes avoids the head kick by Kasumi.
Kasumi misses with a lunging right hand
and Rhymes counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Rhymes stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Kasumi throws a right hand that Rhymes ducks under and follows up with a left that Rhymes also avoids with ease.
Kasumi blocks a jab.
Rhymes stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kasumi.
Kasumi is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Rhymes had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Rhymes works the jab nicely.
Rhymes lands a jab to the nose.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rhymes lands with a right hand.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Rhymes on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Kasumi cracks Rhymes with a right hand to the side of the head.
Kasumi keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Rhymes avoids the body shot from Kasumi.
Kasumi misses with a head kick.
Rhymes scoring well with a low kick there.
Kasumi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rhymes moves away.
Kasumi swings for the body but Rhymes moves out of range.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Rhymes cracks a nice hook into Kasumi's ribs.
Rhymes rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kasumi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Kenshiro Kasumi will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Kasumi misses with an attempted mid kick.
Rhymes throws a head kick but Kasumi moves out of range.
A head kick misses from Rhymes.
Rhymes scores with a hook.
Kasumi scores with a nice body kick.
Rhymes lands a brutal head kick. Kasumi looks out on his feet and Rhymes throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Busta Rhymes!
