The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cornwall takes the fight into the clinch.
Cornwall tries to land a knee to the head but Barron Roughes blocks with his arms.

Cornwall prevents Barron Roughes from breaking the clinch.
Cornwall has hold of one of Barron Roughes's legs. Barron Roughes is fighting the takedown attempt but Cornwall gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Cornwall will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Cornwall is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Cornwall is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Barron Roughes has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Cornwall is looking to defend but Barron Roughes has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Cornwall! Barron Roughes pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Cornwall taps out and this one is all over!
