The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Rodrigues catches Naruto right on the button with a cross.
Naruto swinging wilding here.
Rodrigues avoids the head kick by Naruto.
Rodrigues fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Rodrigues throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Naruto throws a series of punches but Rodrigues moves out of range.
Naruto lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Rodrigues tests Naruto's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Rodrigues fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Naruto manages to avoid it.
Naruto bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Rodrigues cracks a nice hook into Naruto's ribs.
Vasco Rodrigues seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

Rodrigues is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Naruto.
Naruto throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rodrigues.

Naruto tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rodrigues swats him away and circles back towards the center.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Rodrigues's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Rodrigues wants to get back to striking at distance but Naruto won't allow it.

Naruto breaks the clinch.
Rodrigues Rushes Naruto and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Naruto is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Rodrigues Piles on the pressure and Naruto crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
