The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brooks closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Molotov gets through Brooks's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.


It looks like Sammir Brooks has been cut.
Molotov gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Brooks definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Molotov can't find room to land a body shot as Brooks controls the action.
Still in the clinch, Molotov scores with a nice short uppercut.

Brooks breaks from the clinch.
Brooks misses with a low kick.
Brooks misses with a head kick.
No joy there for Brooks, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Brooks takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Brooks avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Good exchange - Molotov coming out on top.

Yvgeny Molotov decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
In defeat, Sammir Brooks stepped up to the mic, saying 'I need to put more hard work into my punches , i was not concetrated at the time and i suffered for it ! '.
