Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Greg Anderson!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Max Pac!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anderson gets the takedown into side control.
The ground and pound from Anderson seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Anderson tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Pac had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Anderson is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Pac Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Anderson's back instead.

Pac drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pac jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That was a close round but Greg Anderson did the better work so I'd imagine he'll take it.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

and Pac cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Pac throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Pac connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Anderson momentarily.
A chopping leg kick lands by Pac.

Pac gets caught flat footed, as Anderson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Anderson is sitting in close to Pac's body. Pac has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Anderson is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Anderson is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Pac.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 4, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Max Pac!
