Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ignas Panavas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krzysiek Zombi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panavas throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Panavas ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Zombi avoids a punch combination nicely.
Panavas throws a series of strikes that have Zombi backpedaling.

It looks like Krzysiek Zombi has been cut.
Panavas misses with an uppercut
and Zombi connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Ignas Panavas has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Zombi avoids the body shot from Panavas.
Panavas throws a body punch but Zombi moves out of range.

Zombi closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Panavas to the mat! Panavas manages to get full guard.

Zombi prevents Panavas from getting back to his feet.

Krzysiek Zombi has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Zombi tries to close the distance and clinch but Panavas swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Panavas keeps the fight on the outside.
Zombi dives in and grabs Panavas's left leg, looking for a takedown. Panavas pushes down on Zombi's head and hops out.
Panavas misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Panavas misses with a few strikes there.
Panavas fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
No luck for Zombi with that takedown attempt.
Ignas Panavas is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Zombi looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Panavas is fending him off so far but Zombi persists. Nope, Panavas circles away and we're back to standing.
Ignas Panavas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krzysiek Zombi.
Panavas stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Zombi.

Panavas ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Zombi moves away.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Zombi is defended easily by Panavas.
Panavas lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Zombi lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Panavas slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Panavas's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Panavas duly obliges.
Panavas is breathing heavily.

Zombi with a poor takedown
and Panavas counters with a right hand to the body.
Panavas throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Zombi.

Panavas lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Zombi circles away quickly and effectively.
Zombi cracks Panavas with a good jab.

Panavas is rocked!
Zombi looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Zombi backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Panavas's temple! It sends Panavas violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Zombi celebrates and the doctors try to help Panavas!
