The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mitchell tries to clinch but Flores moves out of range.
Flores drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Mitchell manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Flores prevents Mitchell from improving his position.
Flores missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Mitchell is not content to let Flores control the position.
Flores is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Flores passes to side control.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Mitchell is looking for a sweep.
Mitchell is trying to control Flores's posture but Flores avoids it.
Flores is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Mitchell looks calm but he's in trouble here. Flores gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Mitchell is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Flores lets go of the hold and Mitchell can pop his arm back in it's socket.
