Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jarek Glaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chinzo Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chinzo Machida will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machida throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Glaz throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Machida's waist but Machida gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Glaz off to one side.
Machida fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Machida lands a jab to the nose.
Glaz gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Machida counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Glaz shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Machida counters with a head kick. That will keep Glaz thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Glaz. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Machida fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Glaz looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Glaz takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Glaz is rocked!
Machida closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Oh Glaz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Glaz takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Nice straight punches there by Machida. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Machida.
Glaz takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Machida, as that shot connected.

and Machida connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Glaz is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Machida moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
