Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Benji Hidori (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Moe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hidori might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to allejandro. Benji Hidori is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hidori tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Moe counters with a nice low kick that buckles Hidori's knee momentarily.
Moe looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Moe shoots in looking for a takedown. Hidori tries to sprawl out of it but Moe keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hidori manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Hidori closes this distance looking for a takedown but Moe circles away.

Moe lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Hidori dives in and grabs Moe's left leg, looking for a takedown. Moe pushes down on Hidori's head and hops out.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Moe lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Moe is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hidori is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Moe has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
