The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Askan moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
We've been told by Bogart's head coaches at Cozad Amsterdam that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Bogart looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Askan connects with a body shot.

Askan throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bogart was covering up waiting for the punch and Askan finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Askan is pushing down on Bogart's leg trying to pass to half guard. Bogart is fighting to maintain full guard but Askan has managed to sneak the leg through.
Askan lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Askan is nestled in close to Bogart, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
