Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Glass and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot lands for Balrak.
It looks like Jake LaMotta has been cut.
LaMotta blocks a head kick by Balrak.
Balrak misses with a jab, cross combination.
Balrak scores with a crisp jab that stopped LaMotta in his tracks.
LaMotta pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
LaMotta seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Balrak thows a body kick. LaMotta tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Balrak feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to LaMotta's calf.

LaMotta throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
LaMotta closes the distance and clinches.
Balrak is trying to maintain a safe position but LaMotta gets an underhook and turns Balrak into the cage.

Balrak is looking to control LaMotta's arms but LaMotta gets an underhook and turns him. Now Balrak has his back to the cage.

Balrak looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Balrak's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
LaMotta escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
LaMotta misses with a series of wild punches.

LaMotta throws a series of punches but Balrak avoids them all with ease.
LaMotta throws a right and a left that Balrak avoids nicely.
Ashwan Balrak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Balrak tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
LaMotta lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

A head kick from Balrak lands but LaMotta takes it in his stride.
Balrak gets tackled into the cage by LaMotta. LaMotta maintains the clinch.
Balrak with an attempt at a knee that misses.
LaMotta blocks a punch to the side of the head.

LaMotta stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
LaMotta lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Balrak backwards.
LaMotta lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Nice body punch from LaMotta - that landed with a thud.
Balrak looks winded!
LaMotta lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

LaMotta is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

LaMotta escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
LaMotta moves into the clinch.
LaMotta has Balrak pressed against the cage, preventing Balrak from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
LaMotta blocks an elbow strike from Balrak.
Balrak is trying to break the clinch but LaMotta is controlling him.
Balrak is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

LaMotta escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Balrak throws a combination. LaMotta tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Jake LaMotta's cut is getting worse.
LaMotta connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Balrak momentarily.
LaMotta throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Balrak misses with a leg kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from LaMotta. Balrak does a little dance to reset his feet.

Balrak steps to the side to avoid the strikes from LaMotta.
LaMotta ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Balrak moves away.
LaMotta misses with a lunging right hand
and Balrak counters with a three punch combo that has LaMotta backing up. LaMotta nods at Balrak to acknowledge the strikes.
LaMotta connects with a body shot that sends Balrak's belly button to the back.
Balrak takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
LaMotta scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
LaMotta swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Balrak.
LaMotta drops Balrak with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Balrak looks back up at him and smiles so LaMotta waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Balrak is rocked!
Balrak pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
LaMotta cracks Balrak with a hook to the temple - Balrak is on wobbly legs here! LaMotta swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Balrak falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! LaMotta wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jake LaMotta!
During a confident post fight interview, Jake LaMotta thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
