Bautista is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Blur by Wretch 32. Miyata Takori could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Darek Bautista's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bautista tries to clinch up but Takori circles away and keeps his distance.
Bautista slips a jab and a cross from Takori.
Bautista takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

It looks like Darek Bautista has been cut.
Bautista throws a right and a left that both miss.
Bautista throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Takori displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bautista.
A big left from Bautista misses.
Bautista looks to land a right hand but Takori moved out of range.
Bautista moves in looking to clinch but Takori pushes him off.

Takori throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Takori darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bautista flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Takori looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Takori lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Takori looking to control but Bautista is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Takori has hold of Bautista's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Bautista manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Takori has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Bautista's face.
Bautista is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Takori wants to control the pace but Bautista is squirming around nicely.

Takori manages to capitalize on a mistake by Bautista to take his back!

Bautista wants to control his opponent's hands but Takori gets his hands free.

Takori looking to break Bautista's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Bautista remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Takori will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
Takori will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Takori is persistently looking for the submission but Bautista is defending it well.

Bautista is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Takori is staying active.

Takori lands with a hammerfist to the side of Bautista's head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Takori is cranking Bautista's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Bautista! He's tightened the choke and Bautista is tapping out!
