Bam closes the distance and clinches up with Stevens, looking for a takedown. Bam pushes Stevens against the cage but Stevens circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

That was a close round but I would say that Steven Stevens will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Bam tries to clinch but Stevens is having none of it.

Bam shoots in looking for a takedown. Stevens tries to sprawl out of it but Bam keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Stevens manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

BOOM! Bam connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Stevens is trying to drag Bam to the mat but Bam just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Bam is trying to trip Stevens. He has hold of a leg but Stevens is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Bam persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bam throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Stevens on the side of the head.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

and Stevens counters with a straight right hand.

Well Bam has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
