Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Brandon Joaquin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Slyvane Slytherine!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Peter Branson and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joaquin misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Joaquin throws a series of punches but Slytherine avoids them all with ease.
Slytherine looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Joaquin throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Slytherine darts in looking for a takedown but Joaquin gets double underhooks and turns Slytherine into the cage.
Slytherine drags the fight down to the ground.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Slytherine manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Joaquin working to try and regain half guard.
Slytherine is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Joaquin is forced to tap! Great finish!

A very excited looking Slyvane Slytherine rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
