The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, William Peck and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franklin gets tackled into the cage by Handrake. Handrake maintains the clinch.
Handrake pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Handrake throws a sloppy head kick and Franklin moves out of range easily.
Franklin tries to sprawl but Handrake drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Franklin tries to kick Handrake off but Handrake keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Franklin wants to improve his position but Handrake is controlling well.
Franklin moves into full guard.
Franklin wants to get back to his feet but Handrake is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Franklin looking for a sweep. Not yet Franklin, not yet.
Handrake passes Franklin's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Franklin is trying to get back to full guard.
Handrake wants to get back to his feet.
Franklin is looking to improve his position.

Still in half guard, Handrake seems content to control.
Franklin is looking for a sweep. Handrake is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Johnny Handrake hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Handrake throws a leg kick
and Franklin counters by clinching up.
Franklin tries for a takedown. No joy.
Handrake breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Franklin gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Handrake slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Handrake wants to control from the top but Franklin keeps moving.
Franklin will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Franklin trying to keep a closed guard but Handrake is proving a slippery customer.
Franklin is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Franklin has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Handrake can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Franklin really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Handrake is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Franklin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Handrake gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Handrake trying to control the position from guard on top but Franklin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Johnny Handrake wasn't active enough on the ground.
Handrake wants to land a leg kick but Franklin is out of range.
Franklin doesn't manage to clinch there - Handrake circles away.
Handrake closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Handrake slows the pace down.
Handrake wants to stand but Franklin has his arm trapped.
Handrake is working Franklin over with some ground and pound from side control.

Franklin is rocked!
Franklin tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Handrake wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Oh Franklin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Handrake is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Franklin has escaped the position, nice work there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Handrake moves into full mount!
Handrake postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Franklin bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Handrake and the fight is over!
