Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Burley Haines (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dean Preston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Haines looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Haines shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Haines showed some decent athleticism there.

Haines seems to be working for a kimura but Preston defends the submission attempt.
Haines is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Haines has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Preston is defending well but eventually Haines manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Preston has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
