Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Scott Black!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Ben Hemmingworth and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Kotaro pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Black looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Black gets tackled into the cage by Kotaro. Kotaro maintains the clinch.
Black is working for takedown but Kotaro is calmly controlling the position for now.
Kotaro's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kotaro lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Kotaro circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Black drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Kotaro follows Black to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yoshida Kotaro!
