Barishkov's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Seek and Destroy. Mark Hanlon has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Kreb Barishkov's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barishkov defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hanlon.
Barishkov bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

It looks like Mark Hanlon has been cut.
A big left from Barishkov misses.
Hanlon takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Barishkov pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Barishkov pivots, looking for a leg kick but Hanlon is out of range and Barishkov settles back down.
Hanlon shoots in looking for a takedown but Barishkov manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hanlon's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Barishkov looks to throw the jab but Hanlon is out of range.

and Barishkov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Kreb Barishkov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Hanlon.

Barishkov fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hanlon manages to avoid it.
Hanlon shoots in for a takedown but Barishkov shows good takedown defense.
Good leg kick by Barishkov there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Horrible takedown by Hanlon or perhaps it was just good defense by Barishkov which made him look bad.

and Barishkov counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Barishkov throws a front kick aimed at Hanlon's knee but Hanlon avoids it well.
Barishkov throws out a powerful jab.

That has opened up Mark Hanlon's cut even more.
Barishkov lands a nice hook to Hanlon's body. Hanlon takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Kreb Barishkov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Barishkov cracks Hanlon with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Hanlon looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Barishkov finish him?

The cut above Mark Hanlon's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Barishkov lands an uppercut, right on the button! Hanlon tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
