With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dalton Ismith!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Decker closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ismith circles away.
Ismith plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!


It looks like Robert Decker has been cut.

Decker shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ismith's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ismith can do anything to dispel that myth.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Decker accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Ismith really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Decker. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Decker breaks from Ismith's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Decker is working for a guillotine from mount but Ismith frees his head quite easily.
Decker has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Ismith's face.

Decker working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Ismith looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Decker! Submission of the night perhaps?

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Robert Decker!
In defeat, Dalton Ismith stepped up to the mic, saying 'John Dravinski is good, but tonight I let him win. I didn't try because I didn't wanted to be charge with the murder of Dravinski. Just saying.'.
