The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Moreira gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Kranc stands up over Moreira, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Kranc keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Moreira's head.

Kranc stands and steps away. Moreira gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Moreira clinches.
Moreira lands a left hand that snaps the head of Kranc backwards.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Kranc drops down looking for an ankle pick but Moreira pulls his leg out and moves away.

Kranc tries to keep at a distance but Moreira has taken the fight into the clinch.

Kranc is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Moreira dips a shoulder and cracks Kranc with a mighty uppercut! Kranc falls back against the cage and Moreira unloads with a barrage of strikes! Kranc is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Moreira screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
