The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Syroviy is looking to chop away at Murithi's legs.
Murithi clobbers Syroviy with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Eduard Syroviy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fighters circling - Syroviy throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Syroviy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Murithi dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Syroviy. That did some damage!

Syroviy walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Murithi throws a sloppy head kick and Syroviy moves out of range easily.
Syroviy looks to land a left hand but Murithi moved out of range nicely.

Syroviy fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Murithi is out of range.
Syroviy throws a poor cross that misses
and Murithi counters with a good low kick that Syroviy was not able to check.

Murithi lands a big head kick that sends Syroviy tumbling to the mat! Murithi takes a step backwards and waves Syroviy back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Syroviy is rocked!

It looks like Eduard Syroviy has been cut.
Syroviy wants to stay close but Murithi steps back to make room for something. Syroviy seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Murithi and Syroviy drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
