The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franklin fails with the takedown
and Franklin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Luchador has eaten all the pies!
Luchador wants to clinch
and Franklin counters with a straight right hand.
Franklin throws a poor cross that misses
and Luchador counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Franklin closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Luchador's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Luchador is looking to cinch up a triangle. Franklin throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Luchador's body to avoid the submission. Luchador has instead reached around Franklin's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Luchador arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
