Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sum Gai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas William (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gai comes to the cage accompanied by I'm A Lover Not A Fighter. Sum Gai has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
William shoots for a double leg takedown but Gai sprawls well. He's pushed William's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

William shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

William is trying to control. Gai wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Sum Gai has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thomas William.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Gai lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

William has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Gai is trying to keep an underhook but William manages to get the takedown into half guard.

William is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Gai to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Gai shrugs it off.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

It looks like Sum Gai has been cut.
William postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Gai out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! William goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
