Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Luis Engracia and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Babcock scores with a punch to the head.
Babcock moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Towns lands with an uppercut that bounces Babcock off the cage and back into range.
It looks like Kyle Babcock has been cut.
Babcock throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Babcock lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Towns circles away quickly and effectively.
Babcock shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Towns but Towns pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Towns lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Babcock throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Towns stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Babcock takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Towns lands with a hook. Babcock tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Towns drops Babcock with a beautiful combination! Babcock stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Towns is looking for the KO!
Babcock is rocked!
Babcock gets tackled into the cage by Towns. Towns maintains the clinch.
Babcock is still on wobbly legs! Can Towns finish him?

Towns lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Babcock.
Towns lands a nice uppercut.
Babcock tries to work over Towns's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Towns is leaning against Babcock and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Towns lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Babcock backwards.

Babcock tries to throw a body punch but Towns avoids it by throwing Babcock back against the cage.
Babcock is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Babcock lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

Babcock trying to control the position but instead, Towns has worked for underhooks and has pushed Babcock into the cage.

Babcock's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Towns lands an uppercut.
Towns pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Towns tries to close the distance and clinch but Babcock swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Towns has Babcock up against the cage in a clinch.
Towns digs a right hand into Babcock's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Babcock's gas tank.
Towns digs a right hand underneath Babcock's ribcage. Babcock let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Babcock looks winded!
Towns's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Towns lands a jab to the nose.
That has opened up Kyle Babcock's cut even more.
Towns instigates a clinch.

Babcock has had enough of the clinch but Towns keeps him there for the moment.

Babcock is trying to break free.
Towns lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Babcock or not.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Towns.

Babcock struggles to land a body shot inside as Towns controls his hands.
Towns escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Towns fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Babcock, pushing him back against the cage.

The referee is keeping an eye on Towns - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Towns lands a slapping body shot.
Babcock lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Towns circles away quickly and effectively.
Babcock throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Babcock takes a swing at Towns's ribcage but misses.
Babcock goes for a double leg but Towns avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Towns continues to drive forward.
Jack Towns has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kyle Babcock.

Towns lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Babcock backwards.

Towns creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Babcock with a big uppercut! Babcock tries to clinch up but Towns pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Babcock to the mat! Babcock covers up and Towns unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
