Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vlad Didenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Corey Trevor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vlad Didenko has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trevor looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Didenko uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Trevor.
Didenko has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Trevor misses with a head kick.
Didenko keeps the fight on the outside.

Didenko throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Trevor tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Didenko is in Trevor's guard.
Trevor wants to stand and escape but Didenko is having none of it.

Trevor is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Didenko is controlling him.

Didenko thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Didenko won't allow Trevor to get back to his feet.
Didenko stands and throws Trevor's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Didenko wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Trevor, who protects the arm well.
Trevor pushes Didenko away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Didenko gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Trevor is looking to get back to his feet here but Didenko is keeping cool and he's managed to take Trevor's back.
Trevor looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.

Didenko has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Trevor has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Trevor really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Didenko. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
