Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Spurro Sparre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Grunge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sparre comes to the ring accompanied by Sexy and I Know It . Grunge is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Temple of the Dog - Say Hello To Heaven. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sparre throws a lazy head kick
and Grunge counters with a body kick.
Sparre avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Grunge throws the kick towards the body but Sparre avoids it.
Grunge throws a half hearted mid kick.
Grunge throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Sparre pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A nice inside leg kick there by Grunge. That's going to slow Sparre down.
Sparre throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sparre on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Grunge. Grunge obviously looking to wear him down.
Sparre has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Buddha Palm Elite in the buildup to the fight.
Sparre keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Grunge.
Grunge looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Sparre tries a head kick but it misses.
A combination from Sparre does no damage.
Sparre throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Grunge sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Sparre throws out a loose jab but Grunge uses good head movement to avoid it.

Grunge drives through and clinches with Sparre against the ropes.
Grunge misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Sparre wants to break the clinch but can't.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sparre has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Sparre is trying to push Grunge away but Grunge has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.
Grunge misses with a short punch on the inside.
Sparre taking a breather.
Sparre takes an elbow to the forehead.

It looks like Spurro Sparre has been cut.
Grunge throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Sparre's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Grunge prevents Sparre from breaking the clinch.
Grunge has Sparre pressed against the ropes, preventing Sparre from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Grunge trying to land knees to the body.
Sparre is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes.
Sparre is trying to push Grunge away but Grunge has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.
A frustrated look appears on Sparre's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Grunge tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Sparre avoids it.
Grunge lands an elbow just above Sparre 's eye.
Grunge tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Grunge tries to land knees in the clinch but Sparre avoids the damage to the body.
Grunge is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Sparre is defending well for now.

Sparre manages to break the clinch.
Sparre swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Sparre looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sparre steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Grunge. That one must have hurt.
Sparre takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Sparre takes a jab right on the kisser.

Sparre is rocked!
Grunge plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Sparre swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Sparre face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
