Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ayar shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Ayar wants to stand up but Raymond is controlling the position.
Ayar is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Raymond!

Ayar looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Ayar cracks Raymond with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ayar tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
It looks like Ayar might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Let's hope that Ayar has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Raymond wants to control but Ayar is having none of it.
Raymond takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Ayar's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
