The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kiepski throws a low kick but it's checked well by Goodwin.
Kiepski gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Goodwin goes for a takedown in the clinch but Kiepski prevents it.
Kiepski fails to pull guard.
Kiepski is trying to pull guard but Goodwin has him pressed against the cage.
Goodwin jumps guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Goodwin wriggles free and stands up.
Kiepski clinches up with Goodwin and pushes him back against the cage.
Goodwin throws a head punch that misses.

Kiepski is trying to pull guard but Goodwin turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Hubert Goodwin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Waldemar Kiepski.

Kiepski pushes Goodwin back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Goodwin gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Kiepski wants a takedown but no success here.
Goodwin gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Kiepski.

Kiepski is trying to push Goodwin away but Goodwin has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Goodwin really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Goodwin lands an uppercut.
Goodwin misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Kiepski.
Goodwin drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kiepski pulls his leg out and moves away.

Kiepski has Goodwin up against the cage in a clinch.
Kiepski changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Goodwin fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Kiepski misses with a few strikes there.
Goodwin gets a takedown into half guard.
Goodwin is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Goodwin with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Goodwin will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Kiepski is trying to control but can't.
Goodwin throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Kiepski is looking for a sweep. Goodwin is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Goodwin working Kiepski over with strikes.
Kiepski wants to improve his position but Goodwin is controlling well.
Goodwin has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Kiepski defend it? Goodwin steps over the head and cranks it - Kiepski is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Goodwin!
