Lynch tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

and Fortunado counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Fortunado.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Fortunado wants to pass the guard but Lynch is keeping the position.
Fortunado slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
A lull in the action here as Fortunado stalls from top position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fortunado has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Lynch is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Fortunado yanks on the arm and Lynch is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Fortunado.

Donzel Fortunado decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
