The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy body kick from Boldyrev
and Stahl counters with a nice uppercut.
Boldyrev closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Stahl's guard.
Stahl can't keep his opponent in guard - Boldyrev advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Boldyrev controlling the action here.
Boldyrev seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Stahl for as long as he can get away with.
Boldyrev has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Stahl defend it? Boldyrev steps over the head and cranks it - Stahl is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Boldyrev!
