Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roufus Kaine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Bryson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaine scores with a head kick.
Kaine lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Bryson moves into the clinch.

Kaine can't find room to land a body shot as Bryson controls the action.
Bryson is still on wobbly legs! Can Kaine finish him?
Bryson wants to take the fight to the mat but Kaine manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Bryson seems to have recovered his senses.
Bryson is trying to drag Kaine to the mat but Kaine just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
We've been hearing reports that Kaine has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Bryson fails to pull guard.
Roufus Kaine has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jay Bryson.
Kaine misses with a hook to the ribs.

Bryson tries to score a body lock takedown but Kaine shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Bryson is trying to drag Kaine to the mat but Kaine just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Kaine tries to throw a body punch but Bryson avoids it by throwing Kaine back against the cage.

Bryson wants to get back to striking at distance but Kaine won't allow it.

Bryson tries to pull guard but Kaine holds him up against the cage and eventually Bryson drops back down to his feet.

Bryson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bryson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Kaine's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Bryson tries to hold on but Kaine pushes him away.

Kaine is looking to slow Bryson down with leg kicks.
Jab, jab by Kaine - just one landing.
Bryson misses with a low kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Kaine.

and Kaine counters with a good, hard body kick but Bryson shrugs it off.
Jay Bryson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Kaine throws a head kick that half lands.
Bryson on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nice sprawl there from Kaine as Bryson shoots in.
Roufus Kaine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bryson takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Kaine feints and then cracks Bryson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bryson down.
Bryson is breathing heavily.
The fighters circle, before Kaine throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Bryson's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Kaine lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
