Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cecil Peoples (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazushi Sakuraba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Peoples might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Party People by Nelly Featuring Fergie. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kazushi Sakuraba!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakuraba throws the left hand but Peoples avoids the punch easily.
Peoples tries to close the distance and clinch but Sakuraba swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Peoples fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Peoples throws the kick towards the body but Sakuraba avoids it.

Peoples closes the distance and clinches.
Sakuraba is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Peoples gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Peoples unloads a knee to the mid-section.

Peoples breaks from the clinch.
A left and a right from Peoples both land. Nice combination.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sakuraba fails with an attempt to clinch.

Peoples lands a left and a right that send Sakuraba crashing to the mat, dazed. Peoples thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Sakuraba is rocked!
Peoples cracks Sakuraba's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Sakuraba slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Peoples can do further damage! This one is done, son!
