PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Auzier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Auzier comes to the cage accompanied by hahaha. The crowd seem to be enjoying Johnson's choice of entrance music: Had Enough-Breaking Benjamin. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Anderson Auzier!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Justin Johnson!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Auzier swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Auzier throws a one two combo.

Johnson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Auzier looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Auzier on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Auzier tries to get out of the position.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Auzier is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Johnson asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Auzier is looking to get back to his feet here but Johnson is keeping cool and he's managed to take Auzier's back.

Auzier manages to stand up with Johnson still on his back. Eventually Johnson drops to his feet and we're back in the standing position.
Auzier seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
