Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Totally Stink (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Edgar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Totally Stink!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jake Edgar!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stink shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Edgar but Edgar pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Edgar fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Stink sprawls well initially but Edgar persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Edgar prevents Stink from standing back up.
Edgar not doing much here.
Edgar is trying to control. Stink wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Edgar wants to pass to mount but Stink is defending the position.
Edgar landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Stink connecting with a few gentle strikes.

Edgar decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Edgar rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stink moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Stink wants to clinch.
Stink has a takedown stuffed.

Stink takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Edgar shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Stink as he avoids it easily.
Stink walks into a straight right hand from Edgar.
Jake Edgar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stink darts in and clinches Edgar up against the cage.
Stink drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Totally Stink. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Stink prevents the takedown attempt.

Edgar wants a takedown but no success here.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stink ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Stink no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Edgar advances to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stink looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Still in half guard, Edgar seems content to control.

Edgar is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Edgar is thwarting Stink's attempts to control the position.
Edgar wants to lay and pray for a moment but Stink keeps working.
Totally Stink has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Stink fails to land the takedown.
Stink just misses with a punch to the body.
Edgar shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Stink's guard.
Edgar won't allow Stink to get back to his feet.

Edgar drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Edgar jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Stink wants to stand up but Edgar is controlling him.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Edgar content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Stink has locked up a guillotine! Stink's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Edgar is holding on here and Stink must be using up a lot of energy. Edgar has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Stink gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
