Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Lime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Robert Douchet and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lime looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Jones avoids the head kick by Lime.
Jones sizes up Lime with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Lime takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
It looks like Jack Lime has been cut.
Lime fails with a takedown attempt.
Jones throws a right hand that Lime ducks under and follows up with a left that Lime also avoids with ease.
Jones misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jones throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Lime shoots in for a double leg but Jones sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Jason Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Lime.

Lime takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Lime closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Jones did well to prevent Lime getting side control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Lime is keen to just control but Jones is a slippery customer.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Jack Lime hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

and Jones counters with a left to the body.

Jones lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Jones drops Lime with a beautiful combination! Lime stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Jones is looking for the KO!
