The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
A chopping leg kick lands by Bauer.

Frost changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bauer looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Frost should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Bauer tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Frost wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Frost is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Bauer knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Frost working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Frost is trying to get an arm triangle but Bauer is defending well.

Frost has hold of Bauer's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Bauer seems comfortable defending it but Frost has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Bauer is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Bauer is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Frost couldn't care less - he's delighted!
