Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bran Szorcowka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Riordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Tommy Riordan was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bran Szorcowka!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tommy Riordan!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Eliza Hachem and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Szorcowka uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Riordan.
Szorcowka definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Szorcowka keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Szorcowka takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Riordan throws a nice looking combination but Szorcowka bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Riordan has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Szorcowka misses the shot to the body.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Szorcowka.
Szorcowka walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Riordan checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Szorcowka tried to score with a low kick but Riordan checks it.
Riordan takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Szorcowka ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Tommy Riordan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Riordan shoots for a takedown but Szorcowka saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Szorcowka is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Riordan scores with a couple of nice shots.

A big strike lands for Riordan! That's really hurt Szorcowka and he's turned his back - Riordan keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Riordan jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
