Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mongolia Heed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amazing Game (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Heed comes to the cage accompanied by Gentlelman. The crowd seem to be enjoying Game's choice of entrance music: Spirit in the Sky. Mongolia Heed has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Mongolia Heed!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Amazing Game!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heed shoots for a double leg takedown but Game sprawls well. He's pushed Heed's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Game fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Heed on the side of the head.
Game thuds his right hand into Heed's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Game throws a lazy right hand but Heed sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Game throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Game shoots in looking for a takedown but Heed manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Game's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Game connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Game fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Heed.
Heed fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Game tries a head kick but it misses.
A cross from Game lands.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Game lands with an uppercut that bounces Heed off the cage and back into range.

Game lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Heed sprawling to the canvas. Game follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Heed hang on?


Heed is rocked!

Oh Heed is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Well, if Game is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Heed is trying to get back to full guard.

Heed seems to have got his legs back now.
Heed pushes Game off looking to stand but Game dives back in and keeps control.
Heed on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Heed tries to get out of the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Game is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Heed can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Heed is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Game throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Game scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Game cracks Heed with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Game throwing strikes here but Heed is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Game postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Heed looks a forlorn figure.
Game tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
It looks like Game might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Game throws some wild stikes that Heed manages to avoid easily.

Game breaks from Heed's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Game tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Game has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Game is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Heed can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Heed wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Game.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Game lands a big shot there that rocks Heed but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Heed is desperately trying to improve his position but Game has a good base and remains in mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Game darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Game seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Heed is looking to escape.
Game thows a huge punch but Heed dodges it nicely.
Game has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Game content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Amazing Game was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Game dips to his left and cracks Heed with an uppercut!

Mongolia Heed is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Game connects with a leg kick. Heed looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Game shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Heed as he jumps to the side.
Mongolia Heed has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Amazing Game.

Heed slips a jab from Game.
Game buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Game closes this distance looking for a takedown but Heed circles away.
Game misses with a takedown attempt

and Heed counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Game is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Heed postures up in Game's guard and throws a big left but Game blocks it.
Game working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Heed.
Heed wants to control from the top but Game keeps moving.
Game can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Heed controls the pace.
Game manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Game looking to control but Heed is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Game misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Game tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Heed tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Game wants to control the pace but Heed is squirming around nicely.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Game's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Amazing Game showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Game looks to land a combination but Heed avoids it well.
Game connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Game scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Heed takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Game misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Game lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Heed has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Heed and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Game moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Heed shoots for a double leg takedown but Game sprawls well. He's pushed Heed's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
A head kick misses from Game.
Game fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Game throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Heed.

Game scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Game trying to control the action but Heed is working from the bottom.
Heed tries to buck Game off but Game is having none of it.
Game wants to lay and pray for a moment but Heed keeps working.

Game closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Heed quickly recovers to half guard.

Game lands a high kick to the side of Heed's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Game dives into guard, looking to finish.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Heed seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Game controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Amazing Game.
Game throws a jab but it's blocked by Heed.
Game throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Heed.
Game connects with a nice looking jab.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Game will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Amazing Game comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Game has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
