Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Zelios Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tito Desperado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tito Desperado!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Desperado gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Gracie wants to pass the guard but Desperado is keeping the position.
Desperado is looking to stand up but Gracie isn't so interested in that idea.

Desperado is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Gracie presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Gracie has hold of one of Desperado's legs. Desperado is fighting the takedown attempt but Gracie gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Gracie drops back looking for a leg! Desperado is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Desperado manages to kick Gracie off! Gracie jumps back into Desperado's guard.
Desperado wants to stand up but Gracie is controlling him.

Gracie thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Desperado wants to get back to his feet but Gracie is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Gracie wants to control from the top but Desperado keeps moving.
Gracie is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Desperado is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Gracie is pushing down on Desperado's leg trying to pass to half guard. Desperado is fighting to maintain full guard but Gracie has managed to sneak the leg through.

Gracie maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Desperado could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Gracie has cracked it and Desperado is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Gracie!
